Entrance of hotel and lobby was pretty cool, gave off a bit of those Kingsmen vibe. Welcome tea was delicious too! The Nanyang Ritual tea and Ritual tea (both specially blend for the hotel) were both fragrant and light, can buy them back if you like. For the room, I like the sitting area. Can simply just chill, drink tea and view the city. Loved the bidet toilet bowl and the seat was always warmed up. I like that there's a filter drinking water tap too. Pool and Gym looked inviting and oversee the city, but my husband and I only went to the pool. Water was very cold despite the sun shining in, would be great if the pool is heated. Breakfast was limited, only 5 or 6 items on the menu but very filling and nice. We had the Qin breakfast and the daily special (I believe was rosemary roasted pork taco, pretty cool breakfast). Every set of breakfast was accompanied with kaya toast and fruit bowl. Overall, stay was decently pleasant.

Nice hotel, nice rooms.
Breakfast could have been nicer, if there was actually a fresh squeezed juice, with the price paid, I think it is possible…
Pool on the roof is nice, but if you are a pool person, it might get crowded often, since space is very limited.
Rooms are large and comfortable.

The Clan is right above MRT station. Making it easy to get to any destination. Easy stroll into Chinatown markets.The room was clean and spacious. And all the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, and we had a lazy night at the Qin bar, which has choice of sitting in or outside. Found a row of eateries and bars hidden behind the hotel which were great. We found the Clan a great place to stay and explore Singapore

Excellent hotel, very central to everything. We loved the design notes, and the eco friendly touches. The room was not large, but very well designed. We loved the heated toilet seat, premium tea and coffee in the room, the gym and pool upstairs, and the breakfast buffet which we felt was a good deal.

Major issue was our key had to be replaced every day since it did not activate the elevators. Also the room was not cleaned either night and had to request service in the evening on the last night. The best part was the ‘Tea Master’ servicing tea in the lobby.

I loved the hotel’s architecture and Japanese-inspired design. The rooms were spotless, with large windows offering a beautiful view. The breakfast was delicious, and the rooftop pool and gym were great additions. I would definitely stay here again!
