The hotel is nice and central surrounded by public transportation and only a 10 minute walk from tourist attractions and there is a convenience store attached to the store, the rooms are comfortable and spacious and offer a good view of the city, friendly staff, there are multiple restaurants inside the hotel which provide a nice variety of tasteful food,

We had a great stay at Koreana Hotel in Seoul. The location was excellent, close to tourist spots, restaurants, and subway stations. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only minor issue was that the bathroom floor tended to get flooded after showering. Aside from that, everything else was great. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was ok, felt like the food at the buffet wasn’t very hot. My room was great, bed was comfortable. They did upgrade my room to 2 beds even though it was just me. Noticed a chair was broken when i arrived though. Feel like the hotel could do with an updated interior design though.

Love that they offer discounted services for massages and facials. The breakfast was really good and worth the money. Also like that it is convenient and that it is within walking distance of the metro stations to explore. The room had everything we needed and front desk was really helpful.

The staff, the room, and the rest of the hotel were excellent 5/5. The staff was happy to hold our luggage after checkout until our flight later in the day, and housekeeping went above and beyond each day. The only small complaint is that the AC isn’t really adjustable (no matter what we set it at, it always stayed at 71 degrees), and the lights were inconvenient. You had to insert your keycard to turn the lights on, which is fine, but the only issue is when you get up to use the bathroom at night - you either have to turn all the lights on and potentially wake anyone you share a room with (the lamps have individual switches but the hallway lights don’t have separate switches so they always turn on when the keycard is inserted), or you have to use the bathroom in the dark. Aside from this, I have no complaints. The location of the hotel is very close to popular attractions and shopping areas, and the CU next door was very handy!

Staff were helpful. Room was clean but certain things were not working (in-room safe) and the light units in the bathroom and room were hanging off the wall. The hotel hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though the rooms are all supposedly non-smoking. Note that any damaged to room - including blocked toilet - would need to be covered by guest’s insurance or credit card. It’s important you inform the hotel as soon as possible after you check in.

Location is the best part of this hotel easy access to line 1,2 and 8. Building is very outdated, carpets have many stains. Walls cleaness is questionable. Staff are very accommodating and professional. Wish the hotel would go through a major renovation soon especially leaky showers and stained carpets

The staff, the room, and the rest of the hotel were excellent 5/5.
