AC Hotel Ciudad de Toledo by Marriott

The staff was super friendly, and gave us great recommendations while we stayed there! Room was spotless

Bottle of water is given the first day no matter how many days you stay and after that you must buy. I find it very cheap.

Location was excellent for us. It’s just outside the old town, which we actually appreciated. It felt more calm and removed from the crowds and noise, but still close enough to easily walk to all the main sights and attractions. It gave us the best of both worlds: convenience without the chaos. On top of that, we got exactly the room we reserved, which made the whole experience even smoother and more satisfying.

Quite a small hotel perched up on the side of a hill overlooking Toledo. Pleasant and helpful staff but not quite the Marriott Hotel experience that I had been used to. “Managed by” says it all.

Amazing room with views of old Toledo. Amazing helpful and friendly staff. Free parking on site which has been rare at all of the other hotels we’ve stayed at in Spain. Will be staying here again.

Room was clean and comfortable with a fantastic view of the old town. Nice easy walk to all the major sites. Staff shared some wonderful stories and provided directions to sites not normally known to tourists.

Very nice 4-night stay. Marriott hotel is located just outside the walls of Toledo’s old-town, but actually that was a plus because from we were able to appreciate a panoramic view of the entire city. Bus 71 will get you into Toledo Casco Viejo in 5 minutes for just €1.30. The staff at this hotel, especially Diego, at the reception desk, and Teresa, at the breakfast restaurant, were outstanding with their hospitality and service.

The hotel balconies provided an excellent view of Toledo. The rooms were comfortable with Spanish accents. The hotel lacked technical sophistication with spotty wi-fi and a lack of outlets at the desks to get power to the computers. In fact, we tried to connect our computer to the outlet under the desk and the entire outlet came out of the wall. Please note, that there are no restaurants near the hotel that have reliable hours. Besides all that, we had an enjoyable time and appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. Also, the breakfast was excellent.

Very nice, convenient, quiet, and comfortable!

Outside of town so we weren’t able to walk to the town center. There is a bus stop right out in front though. We drove our car down the street and parked next to the foot bridge which led us into town. They have a lovely breakfast!!

Excellent hotel with a great staff and great rooms. Very convenient with a 15 walk to town. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Nice hotel with friendly helpful staff. Feel and look of a boutique hotel but not quite hitting the mark in many areas. Evening food was really delicious but options were very limited with no suitable options for vegans and only one salad and one sandwich suitable for vegetarians. No options suitable for young children. Breakfast was nice continental but limited savoury options other than meat, egg and cheese and no suitable dairy free options. The room was nice but no hand soaps etc and the food was very dusty. We also had a beautiful terrace but this was not well maintained and the floor very dirty. Would stay again if visiting the city as location and views make up for it but would make other arrangements if you follow vegetarian/vegan diets or have allergies

Very quaint property with Authentic Spanish Decor… Lovely views of the historic Toledo, town and river from the balcony… Front desk personnel was extremely inviting and helpful… Easy access, and transportation… Would definitely recommend and stay again…:)
