This hotel is so close to Sagrada Familia! The staff at check in were very kind and accommodating. The Rooftop bar is super cool, but unless you luck out like we did, you should always make reservations. People did get turned away. The rooms are nice, but you could tell some of the amenities were a little dated.

Hotel has only good views. However the room was too hot and specifically restroom. We couldn’t adjust the temperature and also the bathtub water didn’t go down and also the towels are too old. The room of the walls has all kind of marks and dirty, needs to be painted. The breakfast food was terrible. The bacon and ham was like plastic and the fruits and food quality was terrible. They opened for rooftops cafe for the public( non hotel customers) and some of staff was too busy to serve them first instead of hotel customers like us. First day, They offered us room with views and We stayed at smallest room and we found out it’s way too smaller than we thought. Specifically the bed was too small for 2 people and it was very uncomfortable. We requested to change the bigger room which we made a reservation. This guy at the front desk told us they already sold the room that we made a reservations and he said he can’t help us. He made a fun of me how can we ask to change the room after we decided to stay small room with views and he was mean and rude. He made me to stay at front desk for long time and he told me he put a note to hotel manager. Next morning,This staff name Carlos helped us to change the room and stayed okay.

La ubicación es perfecta, muchas cosas super cerca, la estación, bares, comida, el desayuno muy completo. La atención de Grace en recepción 1000/10! Recomendadisima!! Lo único por lo que no pongo las 5 🌟 es porque nuestra habitación estaba realmente calurosa, 5°c afuera y 25°c en la habitación. Creo que deberían de utilizar el aire acondicionado de la forma correcta y no central 😔 porque las ventanas no se abren mucho para que ventile la habitación!

I’ll give Mauro 5 star for service and professionalism. Very accommodating and even allowed me to check in earlier. The hotel location is very accessible to La Sagrada and L5 train station. It’s safe, walkable, and totally enjoyed access to the roof top overlooking La Sagrada De Familia. It’s less than 1 hour from the airport by train and only transferred once. I save a lot of money by taking the public transportation.

Thank you to all the staff that attended to us. Shout out to Grace. I already missed her. Greeting us with her smiles and asking how we are and how our day went. Grace was excellent . Went above and beyond by getting our room ready. And recommending what sites to see while in Barcelona and making sure we have our tickets ready. Was waiting for her on our departure day but taxi came. Overall, Our stay with your hotel was very nice and would highly recommend it to my friends . Thank you.
