The room was very clean and the check-in was easy. The breakfast had many options and was easy to access. The convenience of staying at the airport is well worth the cost.

Because this hotel serves a captive audience inside the airport, it seems to rely more on convenience than quality. The rooms were extremely small, outdated, and not very clean, especially considering the above-average prices. For the same amount of money, I could have stayed at a much better hotel outside the airport. The front desk was unattended for more than two hours, which made the experience even more frustrating. To top it off, the “included breakfast” was very disappointing and felt more like a display of packaged souvenir items than an actual breakfast. I would not stay here again.

The beds felt like you were sleeping on the floor... Wallpaper was ripped and hanging off the wall, there was also a long cobweb hanging from the ceiling! Bathroom was fine but could have definitely used a deep clean in the corners. The shower itself was very slippy.

Very basic. Simple breakfast. Staff helpful and location was great for those needing to catch morning flight. What was bad was there was thumping sound every now and then probably from airplanes readying for taxi, not sure what. Also, water drainage from the shower very slow and the second person has to wait quite a while before they can shower. Also, difficult to locate the place.

The first thing that made me upset was how hard it was to find the hotel. There was no information at the airport how to get to the hotel. The breakfast wasn’t great either. It was served from 4:30am to 10:00am. If you wanted the food to be hot you had to go to eat at 4:30am. We went at 9:00am and there was not much of the food left and everything was almost cold. The only thing that was worth it paying the money for it was the location that was very convenient for us. But for $ 340.00 per night I was expecting better quality and better service.

This was a great location to stay before your flight the next day. it was easy to get back to Terminal 1 to check-in for my Departure

The shower pan was cracked and unhygienic and the plumbing was clogged, the electric shade was broken, and the TV did not work. The breakfast food was cold and there was very few healthy options.

It was ok. We had trouble finding the hotel. Directions were not clear and the signs for it were hard to read.

This was the most convenient hotel for early morning flights. The staff was very helpful with all our questions. However, the room is quite small, had a very limited amount of hot water in the shower and we had problems adjusting the AC. Again, it was extremely convenient.

Very convenience location to catch flights

Bathroom has zero privacy with shower being completely open to the room and toilet door not closing. Room is small for three adults (2 parents and 18 year old). Location very convenient

Bare-bones but effective. Would stay again if staying at BCN was a priority.

Booked the premium double room for 4 pax. Checked in around 10pm. There was only 3 pairs of sleepers, bath towels, bathrobes and complementary water bottles. Only one roll away bed had a blanket. Never mind, can deal with deal. The kicker is that in the midst of the 3rd person shower, the water turned lukewarm at best. The 4th person had icy cold water. Now remember, it is now 10.30pm! The next morning we complain/feedback at recep. Answer: it is normal and due to the airport water system. Must wait 20 min in between showers to get hot water. Mind blowing! Then install an instant hot water system for each room! Or inform clearly your potential customers in your terms and conditions so that if we choose to book we are aware! Breakfast was another so so. Had to ask twice and waited over 15 min for food to be replensihed and the coffee machine to be cleaned so it could dispense. Another thing: soundproof to airport side is great but not inside. Could hear people rolling bags and all from the door. This night was the most expensive of our 15 days trip in Spain. Even the convenience of being located in the airport can't explain that if after basic amenities and services are not rendered properly. Disappointed and disappointing!

Expedia guests seem to be assigned to inferior rooms. Hard bed and pillows. Room fixtures scuffed and/or chipped. Minimal signages inside airport terminal indicating where this facility is located. Otherwise a convenient place to rest up between flights without having to catch a hotel shuttle.

Convenient location in terminal 1 of airport. Very clean.

It’s all good, and I’ve had scored it higher if 1. There were clear signs to get there 2. Someone had told me you need to get a bus from T2 to T1 and then hunt around looking (40 minutes in the end) 3. The mattress was a modern comfortable one not an old springed piece of back killer

The hot water didn't come out completely while I was showering, so it was very cold, and the room was also very cold when I turned off the lights. There wasn't enough place to hang towels. The breakfast was also disappointing, and I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.

Great location inside the business center in Terminal One of the Barcelona airport. Less than a 5 min walk to departures. Clean room and very friendly staff.
