Great hotel, amazing views of Kandy. Great swimming pool, nice breakfast and buffet (although I did have better at other places in Sri Lanka). I had a great time and I would definitely stay here again. Definitely recommend it!

Unfortunately, my stay did not meet the usual Radisson standards. The check-in process was very slow and the staff seemed unsure of what to do. The room had an unpleasant smell, felt very basic, and the electricity went out during my stay, taking time to fix. Overall, this property does not reflect the quality I normally expect from Radisson.

The staff of the hotel are nice and the location is good we also liked the small gym and the pool area. What was not very good was room cleanliness and repair - water kettle broken, stainless steel hand rail black spotted, AV ducts moldy , Shower groutings moldy etc etc. TV had to be serviced, the I room writing desk was stained.

Very comfortable bed and pillows - the staff were very friendly and competent.
However the rooms did appear a bit “tired” and our room (and the gym) had a particular musty/damp smell that was quite overpowering.
Not convinced it was good value for money.

My family and I stayed at Radisson during November 2025 in lake view suites and deluxe and triple rooms as we were a large group. We were received with a warm welcome from the first day and were taken care of well by the entire staff. The Radisson Kandy is clean and well organized with a knowledgeable and friendly staff. The hotel is also close to all of the local main attractions and the city center. We highly recommend staying at the Radisson Kandy for any traveller.

Most staff were polite and helpful, disappointed with our check-in experience. Felt ignored and didn’t help when we couldn’t connect to the WiFi. Restaurant was good, we ate from the al a carte menu. Plenty of choice at breakfast.
Nice clean room, bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable so good nights sleep.
Was a bit out the way, didn’t feel we could walk into town on our own (2 senior ladies).
