The room was small but contained everything that I would expect it to contain and all was in good condition. All staff I met were courteous and attentive. I was there for just one night but would have gladly stayed longer 🙂

Excellent 3 night stay at Cascada hotel. Short walk from train station. Really friendly and helpful staff made our stay really relaxed. Breakfast was brilliant.

4 stars are totally overrated, my single room didn't even have space to leave my open suitcase anywhere and no space to empty it either.
I am slim, still I knocked myself several times in the bathroom. A more round person wozld not fit in maybe sideways.
Only instant coffee in the room, very poor for 4 stars.
Good: location perfect service was good and friendly, free non-alcoholic mini bar, decent free nespresso coffee in the lobby (6 levels below my room). Too much money for too little comfort.

Great stay - just 2 points: price of filtered water in the restaurant was expensive (want to do the right thing eco wise but at €12 for 2 of you is a lot), and the offer of plastic water bottle on check out didn’t seem right. Other than that everything was excellent.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights and really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are little smaller than expected but manageable. The staff is excellent. The only issue was the noise from trains as the tracks are right next to the hotel. You have to close the windows to reduce the noise.

Great location and helpful staff. Decent price for what it is.
The room was not great. The mattress was hard with no back support, and the pillows weren't great either. You can't turn the A/C on in April, apparently, so we had to just leave the window open to get ventilation. The shower layout makes no sense and results in the whole bathroom floor being covered in water. You also can't change the TV language to something other than German and when you tell it to put on subtitles in English it displays them in German.

The staff at the hotel were welcoming and friendly, the hotel is in a good ,convenient position and the building is modern and stylish. We had a very good stay and enjoyed our visit to Lucerne. The restaurant was also excellent for the breakfast and evening meals. Thankyou for a wonderful stay at Cascada.

An excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious. Staff where excellent and went the extra mile. The breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from and they would prepare eggs however you would like it on top of the buffet. Service at the breakfast was excellent.

Very tiny rooms. I’m 5’3 and kept hitting my head on the ceiling. I asked for a fan to help drown out the noise of the trains that sounded like it was right in my room. The clerk smarted off to me and said well a fan is noisy. I relied yes but it’s a noise I’m used to. You’d think I’d asked for a kidney. I asked if it was a problem and he said no and they brought me one later. Hotel is way too close to the train station and I felt less safe walking at night than I did at hotel alerón the previous nights. Would not recommend.

Small hotel close to the train station and about an 8-10 minute walk to the old town. The “big room” was spacious with a nice sitting area. I saw the “medium room” and it was big enough for 2 people. You may hear trams go by but it’s not loud and frequent. The area around the hotel is great with several coffee shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.
