Hotels.com needs to stop misleading customers by the fancy photos when the hotel is old and run down such as this one. The place smelled like smoke very bad, room was old and bathroom not very clean and the description of property is misleading by stating there's stuff to do nearby which there isn't. The hotel staff were helpful with ordering taxis but the food options are very poor and there is no airport shuttle as the property description stated. It was taxi service which was 200NTD.

The first room we got on 7th floor had been smoked in, even the hallway smells like cigarettes. The room is dark and the ac is loud but not cold. Moved to 2nd room on 10th floor, but ac is weak and couldn't fail asleep due to the room is not cold. Phone the staff at the main floor, was told the temperature can not be adjusted in guess room because it is centralised controlled and no one has control over the temperature expect the boss. Moved to 3rd room on 3rd floor, was told it will be cooler. It did but the room smells like just been renovated and there are strong chemical smells. Would not recommend. Staff was ok but the building is falling apart, there is cracked and tilted ceiling right next to the check in counter, and there are temporary support beam holding the ceiling up.

The route from the mrt to the hotel is not finished. Not sure if hotel can do anything about it but should really streamline and finish sidewalks etc so you don't have to walk around the construction. Been this way a while now.

This hotel was used as a transit stop to airport and was very convenient. Rooms are basic but all you need and clean. The hotel has a big lounge where you can use if waiting for a flight. Gloria Outlets are close by if you want to venture out

I have stayed at the hotel multiple times. The location is great. close to everything. Breakfast is great. One thing may be improved is helping the guest to hire a taxi. I odn't understand why the hotel needs to add NT$40 to help call a taxi. And in the morning I found there were multiple taxi waiting at the gate.

Incredible staff, super easy check-in and check-out, walkable to the MRT so you can easily get to the city or airport and just a 5 minute drive to the airport if thats your goal. Huge rooms, great value, we stayed here twice during our trip to Taiwan.

Great breakfast and nice hotel. Tip: We tried to take the train and walk - the google maps route from the train station to the hotel was along a main road without a sidewalk - take the taxi its not worth the risk.
