A great hotel which I stayed for 2 nights. Room are clean and spacious for the basic room type. Overall the hotel are clean and nice. The receptionist and bell boys are helpful, kind and friendly.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Beautiful new hotel from the exterior to interior. We like the room design with urban industrial theme. Housekeeping done a good job in making the room clean and we feel comfortable walking without slippers in the room. The service is good and all the staff from the entrance to reception are courteous and friendly. Will consider staying in this hotel again if I ever visited Hadyai in future.

Location is good, nearby street market, massage place, shopping mall. Hotel is not so new but acceptable with reasonable price, spacious room, bathtub, shower.

The security is very good and room comfortable

Room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. Bath towels and pillows and bedsheets were really clean. Very basic room with just 2 in 1 washing liquid only. Hairdryer in room is a bonus. Highly recommended. Definitely will stay there again.
