The view from the room on the 8th floor was wonderful. Could see both the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Great location, easy walking distance to all the main sites, including two aforementioned mosques. The included breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. The front desk was very helpful with shopping tips and arranging airport transfer service. Overall would recommend.

A special thank you to Emir, who was incredibly helpful in guiding us with transportation around the city—his advice made getting around Istanbul so much easier. Furkan was also fantastic, assisting us with our baggage promptly and with a smile. Barthan kindly helped us with our room and made sure everything was comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of fresh options each morning. It was the perfect way to start the day. Overall, all the staff members were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made our experience memorable.

We stayed at this hotel in 2023 and had a much better experience than this time. During our recent 10-night stay, the overall cleanliness was disappointing. The floors were dirty and were not cleaned even once during our stay, and the rooms had noticeable stains. A lot seems to have changed since 2023, unfortunately not for the better. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the breakfast buffet manager was quite rude—not directly to us, but we overheard him speaking harshly, saying he “only has two hands” and showing attitude toward guests. The location is great, which is a big plus. Still, due to the cleanliness issues and overall decline in service, we would not choose to stay here again.

This should be categorized as a three star hotel, at best! The rooms are small, wall paper is coming off and the bathroom stinks! Wouldn’t recommend at all. The beat was the staff that was very accommodating and moved us into a room that was slightly better.
