We loved the location and the facilities, service was great as well. The only thing they can improve is the breakfast adding some fruit options besides oranges. Overall it is a great place for visiting Mount Rushmore and the area.

I have had bad experiences at a couple Comfort Inn stays, so I was a little leery, but booked after reading the reviews. And we were not disappointed. Hotel felt clean and well kept up and a great central location. We were also pleasantly surprised with the town of Hill City. We were visiting Mt Rushmore for the first time and just looking for a comfortable stay but fell in love with the area. Also the front desk lady who checked us in gave us a wonderful recommendation for a sweets shop downtown , and it did not disappoint!

Property in excellent condition and very clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast offerings were the usual fare offered at most hotels. Food was okay. Coffee wasn’t the best but I think it was the type of dispenser they use.
WIFI was inconsistent and kept dropping.
Otherwise, it was great and we would stay again.

Everything was wonderful. We woke up to deer in the woods we could watch while eating breakfast. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The staff also kept everything spotless!
