I really enjoyed my stay here! Totally a steal with the price. Location was perfect. Even though you have to go up/down stairs, the staff were kind enough to help me with my big luggage! They let you stay in their lobby and use the bathroom while waiting for bus pick up at night after you check out. Their lobby was comfy. Their room also clean, nice, and tidy. I booked the cheapest room without windows but turns out I got a window with a view too. Love their bathroom with all the amenities and the space. The downside was only the room door was hard to close/open, but it didn't affect my stay here. Totally recommended to stay here especially for solo traveller.

Staying at Bamboo Hotel was very delightful. Nice clean room and excellent mountain view. Julie was helping us with check-in and she was very helpful. We also got good help from Amou, the bellboy, who is always ready to help us with our luggage. Overall a great experience, would recommend.

Very impressed, the view is amazing, the staff is polite. We went up before check-in time, but the staff let us check into the room first. The room is clean, giving a feeling of loving nature. The food is a bit expensive. The swimming pool is very beautiful. Everything is good. The breakfast buffet tastes good. The croissants are very delicious. The butter smells great. Anyone who comes to Sapa must stay here. I recommend it. It's a bit expensive, but it feels really good.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was nicely designed, with good attention to detail that made it comfortable and easy to relax. Breakfast offered a good variety and tasted well. However, it ends at 9:00 AM, so you may miss it if you wake up late. The reception team was very helpful and friendly, supporting us throughout our time in Sapa. The spa was a highlight, and the location is very convenient for getting around. "Comfortable and Clean Hotel in the City Center" I just stayed at Hotel BB Sapa for 3 days and 2 nights and I am very satisfied with my experience. This hotel is located in the city center, making it very easy to access tourist attractions and other facilities. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, with complete amenities.
