Booked and paid in full for 2 nights, from October 27 to 29, 2023. When I arrived to check in, the receptionist informed me that I had not received the booking from the app and arranged another room, then arrived at 12:00 on October 28. /2023 just checked in to the booked room, takes time and affects personal schedule. The receptionist's attitude was roundabout, not apologizing but also blaming the customer for late check-in (but initially said he did not receive the booking from the app).
