Got bed bugs and surrounding not accessible.

The hotel is quite new, the price is reasonable. The room is good enough for 2 persons. Staff are friendly and nice

Not worth the money. This is old hotel and over prize.

The service is good, but the breakfast is nothing to eat in a 4-star hotel, so we should argue about breakfast a bit with foreign guests

The staff is very nice, helpful. Location is good and convenience. But I have a issue: I forgot my selfie stick in the room after check out. I inform the receptionist but when I returned, they said that there is nothing in my room. It's not expensive but this issue made me uncomfortable and I think they need to recheck their room service.

Spacious room. The staff from the security guard to the front desk and even the kitchen guys are very polite, friendly and enthusiastic.
