The hotel is generally ok, the male receptionist is friendly and enthusiastic, the only thing is that I stayed for 3 nights, but I only saw that the hotel only cleaned, not changed the bed sheets. With more mini fridges, it's more convenient. Overall cute hotel
The place is old, small, and the bathrooms are unsatisfying. If you need to go the bathroom you need to go downstairs. The lady owner isn’t accommodating and always scolding such as why the customers should not wear slippers in the bathroom, not letting the customers do the laundry, and knocks on door so hard. Also, she doesn’t smile and always do poker face. Hence, there’s anh language barrier as well because the owners can’t speak basic English except to their son who tries to accommodate as and can speak English. Still, I won’t recommend this place to foreigners who want to stay in Da Lat.
