When we arrived at the hotel, everyone greeted us and we were guided to the lounge at the lobby. One of the staff collected our passports for checking in while we were served drinks. First impression? Impressive. Friendly staff always ready to help with a smile. I booked a suite and the room has 2 balconies with awesome beach view. Breakfast starts at 6:30 AM. The hot food station changes every day so you don't have to worry about eating the same. Food was marvellous. Planned a birthday surprise for my boyfriend and I was very impressed by the responsiveness of your staff from the planning stage till the end of our romantic dinner. The effort they all put in was 5 star standard. To others reading this, if you guys are planning a surprise birthday for your loved ones, this is the hotel for you. The impeccable service and hospitality of the staff made our trip most enjoyable. We will be back again definitely.

Khách sạn mới, phòng ổn, nội thất đẹp, view đỉnh. Nhà mình ở căn penthouse có khu phòng khách rất rộng rãi, cực thích và tiện cho gia đình đông người vui chơi. Có nhiều phòng tắm, bồn rửa mặt nên không phải nhường nhau. Nhân viên lễ tân hỗ trợ khách nhiệt tình. Mình đã có 1 kỳ nghỉ rất hài lòng. Sẽ quay lại lần sau

Phòng giống hình, không quá lung linh như ảnh quảng cáo. khách sạn không quá rộng. Ban công rộng rãi, ngắm bình minh hoàng hôn bao đẹp. Bãi biển ngay trước khách sạn, tiện. Xung quanh cũng có rất nhiều quán ăn, nhà hàng (giá không bình dân). Nước uống trên quầy bar ngon, hồ bơi nhỏ, nhưng view đẹp. Nhân viên phục vụ nhiệt tình và chu đáo, vệ sinh sạch sẽ. Điểm trừ: ban công có gián bò vô, hay lăn ra chết mỗi ngày. Nhân viên lắng nghe ý kiến khách hàng và khắc phục.
