Great view from a big window, clean and modern. Bed was amazing - really big with crisp fresh cotton sheets. Aircon worked perfectly in the 30 degree heat - couldn’t ask for more. Would definitely stay again.

Would have been good to have more coffee and milk in the room. Plus no water or biscuits which even basic hotels provide.

Good room apart from lack of storage. Very good dinner from service and food aspect. Lovely roof top bar for drinks. Very poor breakfast - dirty tables that remained so for half hr we were there. Broken /empty coffee machines. Reception team did bare minimum both on arrival and checkout.

The hoel was fine as you would expect, gym and food all good, clean, however the bar is vary small with inadequte seating and the foywe large and unused, something wrong there

A great hotel, perfectly located. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use this hotel again. The only down side was no parking, but parking is available at Friar's Walk, a short way away, and at excellent rates!

A lovely hotel with excellent air conditioning during a terrible heat wave. The location is good but the walk to the front door can be a little awkward. But I will happily stay there the next time I’m in Newport.
