Bangil Train Station

Bangil Station (BG) is located in Pogar, Bangil, Pasuruan which is included as a Class 1 Station. Bangil Station is one of the most active and busiest stations in East Java. Not far from Bangil Station, there is a branch route to Probolinggo and Malang. Bangil Station spoken of several stations that are no longer active at this time. Such as the Kraton Station, Porong Station and also Gununggangsir Station. Around 2010, Bangil Station changed their signaling system into a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) electric-based signaling system made by PT. LEN Industri Indonesia which is also known as the signaling system LEN Interlocking System version 2 (SIL-02). There are eight railway lines at Bangil Station, plus two more lines to the warehouse located to the southwest of the station. Line 2 is a straight line from and to the east (Jember-Banyuwangi), line 3 is a straight line to the south (Malang-Blitar-Kertosono) and west (Surabaya), then there is line 6-8, which is the parking line for the BBM transport train

Dutch Military Aggression Air Strike I

According to history, during the Dutch Military Aggression I, Bangil Station was bombed through an air attack in the Pasuruan-Sidoarjo area. That is why the Bangil Station building is no longer original as it was built for the first time. There are still some parts of the original Bangil Station, such as the over capping roof and the locomotive depot which are no longer in use today. After the attack, Bangul Station was rebuilt by DKA after the aggression so that it can be used as before.

Pandaan Branch Station

In the past, there was a branch station to Pandaan at Bangil Station, but now it has been deactivated along with the entire Modjokerto Stoomtram Maatschappij (MSM) train line in 1969. Initially this line was used for freight transport, which then connected to Japanan.
