Baraya Travel is a provider of passenger transportation services connecting Bandung and Jakarta since 2006. Public response to Baraya Travel's presence is very high, especially because Baraya provides one of the cheapest shuttle services for the Jakarta – Bandung (round trip). This enthusiasm can also be seen from the increasing number of Baraya Travel branches. To date, there are more than 30 Baraya Travel service outlets spread across Jakarta, Bandung, and surrounding areas.

About Baraya

In 2006, Baraya Travel was here to enliven the world of travel transportation (shuttle) to connect Bandung and Jakarta. This land transportation service with a shuttle bus fleet is still the main service offered by Baraya Travel. With the slogan “alms is good, honest is cool” and the motto “give the best service and make sure customers are satisfied”, Baraya Travel emphasizes that their quality services are available to all people. Talking about services and facilities, Baraya Travel uses the Isuzu ELF Delta fleet with a 1-1 seat format. Each fleet has a capacity of 16 passengers, and is equipped with reclining seats, air conditioning, luggage storage, and a one-time stop at the rest area. At the age of 13, Baraya Travel has succeeded in developing its business by opening more than 30 branches in Jakarta, Bandung and surrounding areas. The head office of Baraya Travel is located in Jakarta, precisely on Jl. Wijaya VII No. 3 RT/RW 4/5, Melawai, Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. Meanwhile, Baraya Travel service outlets can be found in various strategic areas in Jakarta and Bandung, such as Bekasi, Bintaro, BSD, Cibubur, Cikini, Ciledug, Jatiwaringin, Kebon Jeruk, Kelapa Gading, Sarinah, Tebet, Lenteng Agung, Surapati, Buah Batu. , and Cimareme. Baraya Travel also provides a complaint service via WhatsApp at 0815 6611 404. Meanwhile, a customer service call center is available via numbers (021) 724 4999 for the city of Jakarta and (022) 2533 456 for the city of Bandung. Baraya Travel's call center is available every Monday - Saturday, from 08.00 - 21.00 WIB. Especially on Saturdays, Baraya Travel's customer service is only available until 12.00 WIB. It doesn't stop there, to support the needs of the community, Baraya Travel also provides three service lines in addition to its main service. The three service lines are Baraya Express for document and goods expeditions, Baraya Wisata for tours and car rentals, and Baraya Cafe. Baraya Terms & Conditions

Passengers must show their vaccine certification if they are traveling in PPKM areas. The certificate must show that the passenger has received at least their first vaccination.

Passengers are only allowed to bring 1 piece of cabin-sized baggage (max. weight 7 kg). Otherwise, baggage will be carried in the next travel vehicle.

To board the vehicle, passengers must exchange their Traveloka e-ticket for a paper ticket from Baraya Travel at the departure point.

Passengers are prohibited from bringing animals, drugs, firearms, sharp weapons, prohibited or illegal goods, flammable and explosive materials, strong-smelling items, and items that may interfere with the comfort and safety of other passengers.
Bring a printed Traveloka e-ticket, as well as an ID card/SIM to board the vehicle.
The delay tolerance is 10 minutes from the departure time. Please inform your delay by calling the Baraya Travel Call Center.

Departure times, vehicle types and routes are subject to change due to operational reasons.

Baraya Refund Policy

After booking is complete, your shuttle ticket cannot be canceled and you cannot ask for a refund.

Baraya Reschedule Policy

Reschedule is only available for regular (non-promo) tickets.

To reschedule, call Baraya Travel at (021) 724 4999 or go to the nearest Baraya Travel office.

Reschedule can only be done at the latest 6 hours before departure time.

Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when rescheduling.

Reschedule is based on availability.

Once you have rescheduled your shuttle, you cannot ask for another reschedule.

Get your new ticket at the Baraya Travel office at your departure point.
