Restu Mulya is a bus company operating under the Dharma Jaya Group. This bus operator from Bali was founded by I Gede Dharma Wijaya in 1984. Until today, Restu Mulya has been known as one of the best intercity and interprovincial (AKAP) bus companies in Indonesia. Restu Mulya's began to expand its business by opening the roundtrip route of Denpasar – Yogyakarta. This bus operator provides an executive class service, supported by experienced drivers. Every Restu Mulya bus has a 2 - 2 seat format, complete with reclining seats and spacious legroom. Restu Mulya Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket is only valid for the passenger, date, and time as written in the ticket.

2. Maximum baggage is 10 kg. Otherwise, passenger will have to pay an extra charge.

3. Passengers are not allowed to carry illegal objects, animals, and other items that may disturb other passengers.

4. Passengers are advised not to leave their personal belongings unattended throughout the trip.

5. Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings and Restu Mulya will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal items.

6. Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.

7. Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.

8. If the bus experiences mechanical failure, departure will be delayed to the next day and the passengers cannot ask for a refund.

9. Restu Mulya will not provide free accommodation in case of delay.

10. If the bus experiences mechanical failure or disruption during the trip, Restu Mulya has the authority to transfer the passengers to another bus operator or to change the drop-off points.

11. Ticket price already includes Jasa Raharja insurance premium. Therefore, accident claims must be submitted directly to Jasa Raharja.

12. Passengers can submit their complaint or suggestion via SMS to 081 999 080 999.

Restu Mulya Refund Policy

1. To cancel your ticket and ask for a refund, call Restu Mulya at (0361) 225043 or go to the Restu Mulya agent office at your departure point.

2. Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when canceling your ticket booking.

3. Cancellation can only be done at the latest 24 hours before departure time.

4. Refund amount is 75% of the ticket price.

5. Collect your refund at the Restu Mulya agent office at your departure point.

Restu Mulya Reschedule Policy

1. To reschedule, call Restu Mulya at (0361) 225043 or go to the nearest Restu Mulya agent office.

2. Reschedule can only be done at the latest 1 day before departure time.

3. Bring your official identification document (KTP/SIM) and Traveloka e-ticket when rescheduling.

4. You may need to pay an extra charge, which must be done directly at the Restu Mulya agent office at your departure point.

5. Get your new ticket at the Restu Mulya head office.
