Ticket is only valid for the passenger, date, and time as written in the ticket.
Maximum baggage is 10 kg. Otherwise, passenger will have to pay an extra charge.

Passengers are advised not to leave their personal belongings unattended throughout the trip.
Passengers are solely responsible for their belongings and Restu Mulya will not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal items.
Passenger failing to arrive at the boarding point on time cannot ask for a refund.
Departure time, bus type, and bus route can change without prior notice due to operational reasons.
If the bus experiences mechanical failure, departure will be delayed to the next day and the passengers cannot ask for a refund.
Restu Mulya will not provide free accommodation in case of delay.
If the bus experiences mechanical failure or disruption during the trip, Restu Mulya has the authority to transfer the passengers to another bus operator or to change the drop-off points.
Ticket price already includes Jasa Raharja insurance premium. Therefore, accident claims must be submitted directly to Jasa Raharja.

To cancel your ticket and ask for a refund, call Restu Mulya at (0361) 225043 or go to the Restu Mulya agent office at your departure point.
