A pleasant place to stay with friendly staff who are always ready to help 24 hours if guests need anything, spacious and clean rooms.

What made me return to this hotel was the hospitality and excellent service. I was greatly assisted by the staff (Mr. Rio), who was very helpful and kind enough to park and retrieve my car in the basement due to my unfamiliarity with the somewhat complicated parking route. At breakfast, the staff were very friendly, welcoming and serving us well. I was assisted and served by Mr. Emir and Mr. Ebi, if I'm not mistaken. They were very friendly. Thank you, Four Points. Your service is excellent.

Thank you so much for the help at the check in counter (i believe he is a guest service manager, Mr Andri) for giving a great solution for a mistake I did whilst booking the rooms on the app. I really appreciate it. Also the helpful staffs who’s helping with my packages / online orders that were sent to the room every day.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at The Westin Surabaya. The food was truly delicious, with a varied and high-quality menu. Every dish was fresh and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Chef Bagus, who was so friendly and attentive. He even served us chicken satay, which was so delicious that my son even had three more! 😊 Thank you, The Westin Surabaya and Chef Bagus, we will definitely be back!

Initially, I pressed the wrong date, but thanks to the kindness of the owner, thank God I was able to check in on the correct date, without any charges whatsoever. The service from the owner and staff was incredibly good, fast response, the accommodation was very good, comfortable and complete.
