Had my very first stay at this hotel and first impression was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all of them greeted me with a smile. The room is spacious. Great amenities available in the room; tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, kettle, slippers, toiletries. There's water dispenser on every floor which is very convenient to refill water. Breakfast offers many delicious varieties. Overall a great experience!

the hotel staff is friendly and relaxed. the facilities are good, the lobby has an aesthetic cafe. the location is also close to minimarkets and malls. this is the second time to the win and it never disappoints.

Stayed here for a business trip and honestly, great value for money. The hotel right in front of a mall (dangerous for impulse shopping 😄), plus there are nice coffee shop. Tunjungan Street is also just around the corner, perfect for a night stroll and enjoying the local vibe. Business trip turned mini staycation definitely recommended!

All the hotel staff are very friendly, responsive, and ready to help. The hotel is very close to the center of the city, but traffic noise is barely audible in the rooms; everything is within walking distance. The rooms and hotel grounds are always clean.

It was a very pleasant stay. The breakfast was varied. The swimming pool was spacious and the staff were all very friendly.

Excellent accommodation, and the room was upgraded at no extra cost. The service was friendly, too. I'll definitely be back if I'm in Surabaya again.
