All the hotel staff were very kind and friendly, willing to explain the surrounding area. One of the security guards was very informative and even lent me his motorbike to explore the area. Check-in and check-out times were also flexible. The cleanliness of the rooms was beyond doubt. It was a very memorable and enjoyable stay because it felt like home. The food is varied and delicious, the cleanliness is really good, the service is friendly and fast, basically if I go to Surabaya I want to stay at Fairfield again.
