I always book Hotel Fave Surabaya for my guests from Jakarta, and they love it. The location is super practical for West Surabaya and just minutes from Pakuwon Mall. Had an amazing stay at Vasa over the last weekend. Great facilities. Quite impressed with how clean and spacious the room was and how attentive the staffs are! Close to cafes/food places/malls. Highly recommend staying here!

Great stay! There was a small issue with the room initially, but it was handled very quickly and resolved well by the staff. The front desk was very helpful, and the food was good.

Stayed in two room types within the week, both served their purpose very well. Walking distance to restaurants, mini markets. First traveled alone, the standard room was enough: compact & efficient for one person. Then my mother joined me & we moved to the executive room which is more comfortable for two persons. Hotel staff were very friendly & helpful, food & drinks from Warung Pati in the lobby were satisfying & reasonably priced. I wanted a mochaccino & they made it for me despite it not being on the menu. Very family friendly, my 73 y.o mother di not have any difficulty navigating through check in, ordering food, etc with staff always ready to assist.

They treated you as a king, very nice welcome from the staff, and they took very nice action when I got an issue. Good job and maintain your hospitality.

Very satisfied even though it was only 2 nights, I felt comfortable staying, the room was clean, all the facilities were functioning, and there was a large parking area.

Friendly staff, excellent service, free late check-out until 1 p.m., and the ability to wait in the spacious hotel lobby after check-out. Overall, it was a complete satisfaction.

The hotel is great! The pool is clean, the service is friendly, and the location is great. It's a very satisfying workout experience. It's well worth the price. The lockers are nice and the bathrooms are comfortable. There's a hairdryer too.

The hotel was very comfortable, with spacious rooms, a microwave, and a chiller, making it perfect for a Saturday night stay. There's live music in front of the hotel, reportedly every Saturday and Sunday night. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Surabaya.
