I arrived early before check-in time and the staff was very willing to let me check in early. The receptionist also suggested places to visit and eat, they were always smiling and approachable.

The hotel is close to the center, near the train station, convenient to move to attractions and shopping. Receptionist enthusiastic support, happy room is a bit small, soundproof is not very good... microwave, hair dryer, iron, salon, television... In general, the room is suitable for the price.

It is a very crowded place, and even though check-in is at 2 PM, I couldn't check in at that time, so I had to wait. I have traveled a lot and stayed at many hotels, but this is the first time I have had such a difficult check-in experience. There wasn't a single friendly staff member. There isn't a microwave in the room, and it is unavailable for use at the hotel. I even had to buy bottled water.

Rooms was clean, tidy and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we could really complain about is how slow the Lifts were, but then we were'nt really in a hurry to use the stairs.

Great location. All 3 elevators were in working order the whole time, which is always nice. Staff was helpful with check-in, and even got us in a little early after our very long trip over from the US. Room was utilitarian, which is all we required, shower, bed, iron, small fridge, couch and table. We spent minimal time in the room during our visit. 3.5 star type room

The hotel is 5 minutes to the train station and a few minutes' walk to restaurants and shops. Was clean. Had air-conditioning, bar fridge, iron, hairdryer, private bathroom.

Check in on arrival they didn't explain what we had to do with they keycard in the lift. Another client showed us. Having Mee So restaurant was great to have in hotel. Also for buffet big breakfast. Hot water good on first 2 days but slightly cooler 3rd day but cold 4th day. Not sure why we were allocated a disabled room and bathroom. Room size great but then limited a person that may need it. Close and good walking distance to Capitol Theatre and longer walk to Circular Quay which suited us. Takeaway sandwich was white bread and very dry. We were hungry when we arrived. Not sure if toilets were available near restaurant. I couldn't see them. Otherwise we had a nice time.

Location is great, handy to everything and we were given the early check in which was very much appreciated. The room was spacious and had a little kitchen. Also the Luggage storage facility was great. The only problems we had was the shower door which would not close properly and kept opening while showering. Also i rang 2x to request a box of tissue (it was empty when we arrived) and nothing was delivered. I needed to actually go down to the reception to get it :-D.

Great central location close to public transport. Mee So restaurant was terrific. They were happy to store our bags before and after check in/ out which was very helpful. Great value for money. Will stay again!

Used a disability access room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Careful coming out of the bathroom if the kitchen area floor is wet as it is very slippery. Fast room service and to action any requests. Water in shower warm, couldn’t get a really hot shower unfortunately. Shower could do with some mould killer on the walls and shower curtain could do with a wash. Self check in and check out was great. Also appreciated the luggage storage. Overall, great facility.

The room was clean and complete. Coffee was just instant coffee. They have a self check-in system for you to check-in and checkout. however, my key didnd't work. had to go back down and do manual checkin.

We went down for breakfast at 7:15am and found the dining area completely packed, with nowhere available to sit. Despite this, a staff member continued allowing more guests into the breakfast area, which only added to the overcrowding. Eventually, the bar area was opened to provide additional seating, but by that stage the breakfast selection had been severely depleted due to the large number of guests. As a result, we were unable to obtain any breakfast and ended up having only a glass of orange juice. This was a disappointing experience and fell well below our expectations, particularly as breakfast was included as part of our stay.
