Chelsea Hotel, Toronto

Our shower didn’t work and we didn’t get a refund or any alternative room.

In general is a good and convenient hotel

Great location, with great amenities for little kids .

We loved the hotel and the amenities. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. My only wish would be that they would not allow guests to smoke right outside of the large front doors as the lobby often smelled like smoke.

Family friendly, clean, great location, in room kettle instead of coffee maker (much appreciated as a tea drinker), unfortunately no microwave.

I stayed four days with my sister. Lets start with the bathroom.Our sink was broken where the tap wouldnt turn off If you had a shower the whole bathroom would get soaked clothes included, that were placed off the floor. Room was extremely small but clean. The air conditioner did not work and it was 30 degrees outside. No coffee maker...it was a kettle with instant coffee. Next the pools. They have 2 pools, a family pool and an adult only pool. I went to the adult only pool to find small children in it... the hot tub was a joke it was so shallow it didn't even get ur chest wet and no jet power at all. I was extremely excited to stay at the Chelsea, it seemed like a high end hotel and it should be awesome and it wasn't. It was a pretty low end hotel trying to act high end.. wasn't impressed with my stay at all especially for the price.

The hotel was extremely busy but every time I needed something, ie. extra towels and pillows, my needs were met almost immediately, I called the front desk and they were brought to my room in less than 15 minutes. The room was clean and comfortable the only thing I didn’t realize was that the beds are double not queen sized which was a bit small for 4 people. The location was great, I like that there are multiple entrances on different streets so you can walk around and get back easily. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or other amenities. I would stay again and would recommend.

La première chambre qui nous a été octroyée n'était pas du tout du standing 4 étoiles dont l'hôtel se targuait: baignoire mal lavée, pas de support bagage à l'entrée, robinet qui fuit, certains clients bruyants.; donc 3étoiles et c'était bien payé. Pas plus. Et la publicité disait ''hôtel entièrement rénové'' ??! Après m'être plaint le lendemain de tous ces problèmes, une autre chambre m'a été offerte sur le même étage (11e), un peu plus spacieuse, une machine à café, un meuble plus grand pour la télé, une salle de bain plus propre et un petit déjeuner gratuit pour les inconvénients rrencontrés..

Room was clean and the staff was friendly.

The hotel was so clean and staff was so helpful The second floor had an area for our kids to burn off some energy and the kids room were so perfect for you The location was very central and we were able to site see everything.

L’hôtel rapport qualité prix est bien , situé en ville d’accès facile. Mais l’hôtel est vieillissante chambre petite . Pour la famille c’est bien pour les activités.

Great experience! We’ve stayed here during multiple trips to Toronto and keep coming back. Clean, amazing location, never any issues.
