The pool was amazing as always, so were the hot tubs. The sauna was awful- not hot and in disrepair. One of the benches was broken. Overall the property could use a little tlc. There was wear and tear in the room and our bathroom door didn’t stay closed unless locked and it was off the track when we arrived. I moved it back in place. The Keurig and tea kettle was great to have. Would be nice to have a few bottles of complementary water and a few more tea bags. It would be amazing if you had larger robes too for acceptability for larger bodies. Wish there was room service for breakfast. We have stayed here a few times and I would come back just for the pool. Also would be nice if you had water, coffee and tea available in the lobby as well.

Outdoor pool is a nice feature. Overall pretty clean though some of the carpeting is starting appear aged. Pretty pricey but close to Bell Center so pay premium for the convenience.

The hotel is nice but the layout is very confusing. The staff member at reception could have explained the layout more. You have to go to the 10th floor to check in, they need better signage. Also they refused to print me a receipt because I booked through Expedia, even though I asked about this in advance before arriving.

Exceptional jewel of a hotel located in downtown Montreal. Quiet, comfortable room with the best non-glare lighting (recessed in ceiling). Loved the ease of walking to Old Montreal and walking across the street to catch our train. The year-round pool and hot tub are also enjoyable. We loved our stay!

Excellent hotel, central location to everything, adjacent to Place Bonaventure, where there are several pop-up shows underground. The hotel has direct underground access to the metro and all kinds of shopping and restaurants. If traveling with children, this is an excellent location and walking distance of the science Museum, art Museum, Chinatown and many little stores, and restaurants. Parking is available downstairs in the hotel for $29 a day and I suggest leaving your vehicle during your stay and using the metro or walking. Hotel staff went above and beyond with exceptional housekeeping from Lydia and very warm and friendly staff at the restaurant where they serve a delicious à la carte and buffet breakfast for an additional fee. My children enjoyed the very warm, heated pool and hot tub each day of our stay. I was delighted by how whisper quiet the bedrooms are, especially after asking for one that would be centrally located to the pool, restaurants, and the exit. Impressive how we didn’t hear anything and slept through the night! We are seasoned travelers, and I highly recommend this hotel for all, especially those with children. We recommend it for the great value, the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the whole hotel and how centrally located it is to everything you want to see in Montreal. Management are on top of everything at this hotel are doing a very fine job! OT

5 star for public facing amenities. 3 star for the room itself. a hotel of this quality really should not have cheap sliding bathroom doors that don't lock. also, tissue box was not refilled.
