The staff is super friendly and always helpful! Responded very fast to any requests or issues! The room was lovely and had all the things you need if you wanna cook or just want to order and eat in!

It's an older property that has been updated. The room was beautiful, but there were details that revealed the age, such as the inaccessible balcony and the cruddy showerhead. The kitchen area was sparkling, stocked with dishes, pots pans and cuttlery/utensils. There were even a couple trays of ice ready in the drawer of the freezer. Coffee station on the counter was fully stocked with pods and ready to go. The bathroom was stocked with the usual ammenities and more than enough fresh linens. The shower was the only let down. I assumed there would have been a tub when making the reservation. Not a big deal. The shower head was visibly worn, fixed to the wall and very little pressure. It was a challenge to get the shampoo out of my hair. The front desk staff at checkin and check-out werre very pleasant and very efficient. I ran into the houskeeping staff in the morning as I was leaving, the too were very friendly aqnd polite. The bed was comfortable. Airconditioner/heater worked very well and kept the room comfortable. I was on the 4th floor, so the view was nothing exceptional or even noteworthy. My room faced south, sothe sun was right there in the morning when I lifted the blinds. Wifi password was provided with the keys. Very fast connection. I had no issues connecting and was able to use my computer with no issues. Overall, I would say this was a great property, and will stay here again. It was very clean, friendly staff, great room.

The room was basic clean The floors could be cleaned better the corners and edges filled with sand and dirt. Baseboards covered in dust. BEDS- are dead!! We had to turn our mattresses as when we sat in our bed it sank right down, both beds and we had the suit room!

The staff were very helpful. The rooms are not new and some of the cabinets are not hung straight. Some of the flooring was cracked near the walls which made sweeping the floors difficult. The beds were clean and comfortable. The kitchenette was fairly well stocked, however there were no kitchen/cooking utensils.

Internet didn’t work. No pool as advertised. No restaurant as advertised. Lots of peeling wallpaper and mold. Needs major updates.

Internet was decent, standard TV, my kids wanted to watch Netflix, that was the only downside of our stay. Everything else was really good.

The Internet was fast, pet friendly, yes but there wasn’t a lot of room for a pet and the room was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The apartment-style hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay. The sheets were crisp and white, and the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen had most essentials, though a spatula for cooking would have been helpful. I’d also recommend bringing basic items like salt and pepper. The property doesn’t offer amenities like a pool or gym, but its location in Church-Wellesley Village, downtown Toronto is excellent within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and bars. A nice bonus was the self-serve coffee lounge, which helped save on buying coffee elsewhere. One downside was the parking garage. The entrance is extremely steep and lacks clear signage or directional arrows. After parking, we had difficulty finding the exit and accidentally ended up on an even lower level with very low clearance, exposed pipes, and beams. Unfortunately, our roof rack and antenna were scraped in the process. When we contacted management, they were not particularly helpful and simply stated that if we were able to get in, we should be able to get out. They also mentioned a height warning sign, though none of us saw it. We drove a Ford Bronco Sport so not a large vehicle. Overall, the stay was pleasant, but the parking situation was frustrating enough to impact our overall experience and rating.
