Hampton by Hilton Bath City

We stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed the experience. All staff we came into contact with were polite and friendly. Lily, who checked us in was just lovely, so helpful and polite. An asset to the Company. We enjoyed breakfast both mornings. I wouldn’t hesitate to use this hotel again

The hotel room (with sofa) looks larger on the photos, but it was quite comfy. We had a roof view of the next building, so it wasn't very impressive in that aspect. However, it was super central and the staff was extremely nice. We enjoyed our visit.

I am a very picky person when it comes to hotels. This one had it all. It was updated, clean, comfortable, and the staff was phenomenal. Location was ideal. We had 2 breakfasts and one late night dinner upon arrival. All were excellent. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking to spend time in Bath.

Upon arriving at the hotel, there was trash outside the front entry and it looked dirty, which was not very welcoming. Inside the staff was very welcoming and the room was clean, had tea and coffee in the room, and a shower bathroom. We were only in Bath for 1 day and the hotel was conveniently located (very walkable) to enjoy all the sights Bath had to offer. Other than the first impression, our stay was very good.

My stay at Hampton by Hilton Bath was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, especially Lily. Situated right in the heart of Bath, the hotel is perfectly placed for exploring the city. Everything was genuinely within walking distance, from charming cafés and great restaurants to iconic attractions like the Roman Baths, Bath Abbey, and the Thermae Spa. It made getting around effortless and enjoyable, allowing us to soak up the city’s beauty without needing transport. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Bath delivered comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. A brilliant choice for anyone wanting a clean, friendly, and perfectly located base to explore this stunning city.

Absolutely fabulous, well organised breakfast and good choice included in price . lilli staff very charming and helpful and her colleague Havya was very obliging lending me a phone charger when mine didn’t work in fitting, also helpful with getting about - superb workers

The room is was clean and tidy. The bathroom was modern and spacious. The staff was very kind and eager to help. The star of the breakfast show was the waffle iron.

Rooms nicely decorated and clean. Bed comfy large tv screen.

Staff were friendly and attentive. Nice clean rooms, which had fridge, safe, ironing board/iron and air conditioning. The Air conditioning was a life saver with the heat wave. Position was central to everything. Would stay there again.

Excellent location for walking to most sites in Bath. Complimentary breakfast was ample. Room was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was quiet and effective, which was appreciated as we arrived in a heat wave.

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more, hotel in a good location especially as we were travelling by train . All the staff throughout the hotel are very friendly and helpful. Everywhere is spotlessly clean , our room was spacious and well fitted, great to have a fridge and an ironing board and iron , the bed was comfortable, good bathroom ,loved the shower and toiletries. Breakfast which is included was great , wonderful selection to suit all tastes , the cooked breakfast was definitely the best we have had in a hotel .

I rarely leave reviews but I felt I really had to this time. Beyond the fact that this is a very nice hotel, great location, great room, everything spotless, good enough breakfast etc. the staff was the key for my great stay. I was greeted with smiles and helpfulness from the first to the last second I was there. Everybody was just so nice, professional and always available. Thank you.

I can't say enough GREAT things about this hotel. The value for your money is incredible. Walking distance to bus and train station. We just rolled our bags the three blocks and entered a bright, cheerful lobby. The staff were ALL so friendly and helpful. The room and bed were comfortable with a strong stream shower to start each day. The morning breakfast buffet was AMAZING! What a spread! So many options. This is where to stay when you go to Bath.

Location is fantastic, very close to the major touristic locations but just off the centre enough to be quiet. Room was spacious and th bed very comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard, wished they had a bit more variety but that is just personal preference. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.
