We parked in hotel Carpark and went to hotel to advise if this. Room wasn’t booked until 3pm but they gave us the room earlier. Nothing was any hassle.

This was our second stay at the Liner. Our room was lovely, clean, with a mini fridge, tea and coffee making facilities. The staff at reception, the bar, house keeping and at breakfast were always friendly and helpful. We were with you during the very hot weather, so our room was sometimes unpleasantly warm, there was no aircon. But a large fan was available. An we appreciate this was difficult weather for everyone. We had a drink at the bar, which we enjoyed. The hotel is very central.

We had issues with the Bathrlom which was a shame as we use the Liner frequently. I have raised it directly with the Hotel and whilst l had an acknowledgement, l am still awaiting a response. So rather un impressed as l raised this on Sunday. But maybe l should have learned by the fact that l never had a response to my query about parking sent back when booking was made. Customer Service is certainly not great anymore.
