We had a wonderful view from our room. The furniture was a bit tired, but for the price and the view we could accept that. And the staff were brilliant. Good restaurant for evening meal, and lovely breakfast with lots of variety. You really can’t go wrong with the view and location for this price

Excellent location The rooms especially the bathrooms are very very tied, but for £100 a night in London overlooking London Bridge, you can’t really complain, but I had no desire to eat there because of how poor the bathroom was.

The place was great, very convenient with the restaurant and the snack area with coffee and amenities. The only thing that was inconvenient was the Check in. Took us an hour after a long trip. The system was down or I don’t know what happened, but check in was at 3pm sharp and a long long line of people. The self check in was not available so that was very frustrating

The hotel has building works going on that you are not told about starting at 7 am when reported they don’t care also fire alarms that go off randomly . If you actually want a good night sleep on a trip to London do not visit here you have been warned . Oh and when you complain they tell you there are not interested they already have your money . You have been warned avoid this property at all costs .

Stsff were all helpful and polite. Room was tired in places. Room was noisy at times especially in the morning when it appeared the maintenance team were banging in the room next door

The location and views are both world class, one star for each. The overflowing toilet (ours and at least 1 other on our floor), no Power points anywhere near the beds (an issue for those with overnight medical devices), wifi that didn’t work for 3/4 of our stay, and mould in the bathroom however were pretty woeful. A poor very out dated hotel in one of London premier locations, disappointing when the photos are incredible, but the product is lackluster. While the staff did try to help, you can’t polish a turd.

Broken window handle so I couldn’t close it. Broken shower head spraying water directly at the light above the shower, therefore dangerous. Disinterested reception staff once reported.
