The room was clean and comfortable but very dated. We choose to include breakfast with our reservation and no regrets. There was a great selection that was always fresh and refilled. The guest service staff were friendly. The Concierge staff were superb, very knowledgeable, helpful and available.

Little dated room decor but otherwise great. Just 10 minute walk to the tube, great views of Tower Bridge, short walk to restaurants.

I wasn't impressed with their bathroom facilities but their staff was excellent and the hotel has two perfect places to have dinner. Parking here is very expensive. The location is very convenient.

Okay so this place is expensive so you would think it will be upmarket - its not. The ONLY thing you are paying for is the location of tower bridge. The building looks like a concrete tower block of old run down flats and the rooms are dark dingy, old fashioned and tired. Most rooms are facing out the back so no actual view of the bridge. The shower doesnt get hot, there is mould in every crack. If you go for the usual double room, dont take any form as suitcase as there is physically no where to put them! They will be in your only narrow walk-space for all your trip. We also got randomly evacuated for hours AND there are horrendously loud building works going on currently that they dont warn you about until check in. Im sad I paid the amount I did for a dark dated room, should have gone premier inn.

Breakfast and location were great. We booked a room with a view, but part of the view was blocked by a corner of the building. Overall, it was a good stay, but we had to change rooms twice.

The hotel is in a great location, our room was two twin beds and they were very comfortable with nice sheets and pillows. The hotel rooms were definitely older style , a bit old fashioned and tired looking but it was clean with a great river view. The bathroom was basic and could do with an update but again was clean . We had an issue after having a bath that the water came up through the floor drain and flooded the bathroom floor. It was difficult to get anyone to answer the phone but I found a cleaning lady on the corridor and she was very helpful and called maintenance for us . Everything was cleaned up and towels replaced. The hotel bar was lovely , pretty flowers on the windows made for great photos and the cocktails were delicious. The local docks behind the hotel were also lovely to wander around with great v eating places. All in all I would recommend the hotel and would stay again but it would be nice to see some updated rooms.
