Great location to majority of the historical locations. The main locations are walking distance from the hotel. The view matters to me when selecting a room and I was amazed by the Tower Bridge, especially at night. My only minimal complaint was that I went to London during the heat wave and there was no AC. So my stay was a little uncomfortable. Otherwise, I would definitely book again at Tower Bridge.

Didn't have much interaction with the hotel apart from sleeping. But an excellent well maintained hotel. Was busy at the time we stayed which is always a good sign as to how well it is liked. Had a few drinks in the bar apart from that & using concierge for storing bags on last day. Excellent location, 5 - 10 minutes walk to nearest tube station. Two minutes to Tower Bridge & Tower of London. Costa Coffee & Tesco Express next door. A few pubs/restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Loved the views of the bridge & the river. Staff was very helpful, air conditioner didn’t work but they brought us a portable one which worked great. We had leftovers from a nice restaurant so they brought a refrigerator to our room. Loved that their was a bathtub in the room too.

The room was very heavily perfumed, but clean. Not a lot of room to walk with our traveling suitcases. We did upgrade, so not sure how small the non upgrade room was. Would have enjoyed the windows opening more than an inch with the heat wave and only a preset fan going, no a/c is understandable but being able to open the windows overnight could have cooled the room a bit. It was a steady 80° inside the entire stay, even with closing the curtains against the sun during the day. We did try the breakfast one morning, do not recommend.

What I like about the property is the location; the view from the bedroom was excellent. Dislikes. The fact that they turned the beds over not once during the five-night stay. The coffee machine did not work, and there was very little AC during the hot days

No AC!! The room was so hot, they provided a desk fan, we were wet through all through the night. And when we awoke, it was just terrible. The view did not make up for the lack of AC. Also, the bathroom and the fittings are old wuth black mold on the shower fixtures around the bath, and the back of the bathroom door it was like an animal that scratched all the paint off. This building wants demolishing and a new hotel
