Location, location, location. Easy walk to all transportation hubs including the hop on, hop off bus. Staff was excellent and views from our room were amazing. Highly recommended for a stay in London. My only complaint was the construction noise on the morning we decided to sleep in. However, the hotel compensated our late check out fee.

The location is great, especially if you have a tower bridge side because it offers incredible views. It’s within walking distance of lots of great things as well as access to good bus and subway routes it was quiet and safe. Bed was comfortable and water. pressure was good. It could be a five star so easily. However, room service is inexplicably weird? Rather than remove dirty dishes, such as coffee cups they would place my own books on top of them. They would not restock the towels, unless we called the front desk and asked for more. they would not restock the in-room coffee machine pods. We asked for washcloths every day and only got them one time every other time they told us they did not have them at the moment. they put toothpaste I purchased into a clean glass for some reason. the TV in the room cuts off every 5 to 10 minutes on its own and the front desk said they would check it out but did not. The breakfast buffet is good. I would definitely stay here again, but a little more care around the edges, better amenities and a little upgrading on outdated interiors is needed.

I dont believe this hotel had AC and there was some construction going on but other than that our tay was perfect. The staff was amazing and we were able to get an early checkin.

The view of the Tower Bridge and the location is excellent. The breakfast buffet has several options. The room we stayed in was nice enough, but the hotel is quite old and could overall need some renovation. I would stay there again!

Lovely hotel in the middle of the city. Comfy bed and VERY quiet! The restaurant on-site is fairly reasonably priced, and the fish & chips were very good. There is a river adjacent outdoor bar that looked nice too. I never made it down to breakfast because I wanted to get out-and-about as soon as woke up, so no clue how that was.
