3rd time at Sofitel BKC. Pleasant staff who makes you feel welcomed and at home away from home. Restaurants (I have tried both breakfast and lunch) with authentic local taste. Housekeeping, Frontdesk and everyone drive their best. Location is great. Highly recommend.

It was our second stay at sofitel in last few years. This time, I had chance to split my stay between Sofitel and nearby competition. Sofitel stand outs better in the most. The staff is pleasant, and helping. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we had. Closely located to Jio World Center and variety of restaurants. Will definitely stay again.

Room, staff & Amenities were great. Location not so convenient. Food & alcohol prices were little too high unnecessarily. Because of exorbitantly high prices of food & alcohol, and inconvenient location I will reconsider my stay I elsewhere.

Front desk: Viraj was amazing in helping my checkin experience feel very welcomed. Breakfast: Very friendly staff and especially Archana, Tanvi, Ayush? and the Dosa desk. Room service: efficient and pleasant. All in all a pleasant stay.
