It's close to the city center, malls, and markets. The room facilities were also good, including towels, soap, toothbrushes, free drinking water, and tea and coffee making facilities. The AC was cool and the Wi-Fi was also smooth. I was very satisfied with my stay. Next time I go to SBY, I will definitely stay here. Hopefully, there will be continuous evaluations to provide the best again. Thank you.

The staff very friendly. They give us enough information when staying at this hotel. I picked king size bed and the room are spacious. There are water heater to help us if we want to drink hot drink such as tea and coffee. They provide us 2 bottles mineral water in our room and refill mineral water at the hotel aisle. Breakfast at 6 - 10 am, if you choose room with breakfast. Located near shopping mall and a lot of places to try around hotel.

Had a great stay at Harris Hotel Gubeng Surabaya. The room was clean and comfortable, with consistently cool air conditioning and a superb view that made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is well maintained, with clean, carpeted corridors that create a pleasant atmosphere throughout the property. The facilities are excellent, including five lifts that make getting around quick and convenient, as well as ample parking spaces for guests. The food was delicious, with a good variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Surabaya!
