Special shoutout for Ms. Monica, Ms. Agnes and Ms. Hani - Lady in Red - my wife was so happy with your creations. The room was spacious and clean, the Bundaran HI view was amazing, the service is top-notch, all staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was super delicious and varied, all was perfect!! Totally will stay again in Kempinski Jakarta! The best!!

Our four-day stay at Ascott was comfortable. The staff helped us upgrade to a two-bedroom family room. The cleaning staff, Ms. Erni, was also very helpful, making my son, who loves doing laundry, happy with the washing machine and the many hangers provided. Thank you.

A hotel that, God willing, is the best for families. The overall design is luxurious and fragrant. The staff is responsive and helpful. They have a spacious room selection. They have their own laundry room. Access to everywhere is easy because taxis are readily available. And last but not least, the gray stray cat, well-maintained by the hotel staff, is a token of their care. So sweet.

Very pleasant stays in the heart of Jakarta! I got the 8th floor with city view, such a beautiful landscape from the window. Facilities were great. Decent breakfast located in J. Co Reserve with proper choices of a la carte menu. Staff were very warm and helpful. Room was pretty spacious and very clean, with complete amenities supplies. Will come back again for the next stay.
