It was a pleasure. From check-in to the lobby, the receptionists were very friendly. The pool area was very comfortable, as were the breakfast area, jogging track, and gym. It was very convenient and the service was very friendly. Grand Mercure Mirama Malang was the best choice for our family.

The location is truly strategic. Close to everything and right in the heart of town. If you want to explore the Kayutangan area, this is the perfect place. The rooms are spacious with balconies. Smoking is not allowed in all rooms, but smoking is allowed on the balcony as long as the door is securely closed. Thank you for the excellent service.

Stayed here during Ramadan, and the breakfast package could be exchanged for a pre-dawn meal delivered to your room. Each floor has a balcony with a direct view of the mountains/hills. The rooms are spacious with hair dryers and beautiful views. The hot water is safe and the cleanliness is excellent. Satisfied with the hotel facilities at Pohon Inn: it's cheaper, the room is clean, and the balcony view is beautiful. The extra bed is nice, not flimsy like the hotel at Jatim Park 3. I also got the benefit of being able to access the Secret Zoo for two days, so I didn't get tired and had a great time. Good job 👍
