We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary upgrade to a Premier room, which made our stay even more special. What we loved the most is how family-friendly the resort is. Stayed 3D2N with family. Booked connecting rooms and they were available. The restaurant staff were very friendly, I asked for help heating baby food twice and they helped, even though the restaurant was closed. My child's swimming goggles were lost in the pool, so I asked the staff to help me find them, and they were immediately brought to my room. The service was really great. For a standard 4-star meal, some menus vary daily, but others like porridge, bread, and noodles are always available every day. Strategic location, close to the city center. Standard room size, good cleanliness.
