I’ve never stayed in a hotel without a kettle , if I had known I’d have taken my own , you had to pay extra for tea , coffee etc . There were no hand towels either , the staff are all 5 star though considering they seem to be short handed a lot , the rooms need storage and the tv fixed into the wall was a pita as you can’t add a firestick to watch anything else except normal channels
