ibis Sydney World Square

Great place to stay. Close to shops, food, and transport.

Hotel is in a convenient location, close walking distance to Museum and Central stations. Lots of great places to eat nearby. Room was spacious and friendly staff

Shower was not clean

The staff was really helpful, the rooms were okay just extremely dusty. When taking a shower the door doesn't hold anything back so its constantly spilling outside the shower. Overall okay room if you don't plan on being there for hours

Breakfast was good. Rooms were always nice and tidy

Staff were super helpful and friendly. Room was compact but well presented and appointed. Clean and tidy and was impressed by how quiet it was at night considering we were right in the city centre.

I stayed at the Ibis on two occasions within five days. On both times I had a very clean room and the staff were friendly and helpful. On my second visit, I was placed near the lift and was concerned that the noise would be disturbing, however apart from one instance on a fellow guest returned home 10 pm, it was completely quiet.

Overnight stay, receptionist was excellent. Very knowledgeable of where to go in the vicinity of the hotel, courteous and knew his "stuff".

Great location, very friendly helpful staff. Room was very clean and had a kettle and a microwave. Bed was comfortable and it was good there was a supply of hand wash, hair and body wash and conditioner. Extremely satisfied with everything

Staff are so helpful and just lovely!. Fantastic location with easy access to main attractions and super transport options. Rooms are very clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Very safe as a solo woman in her 50s. My ‘go to’ when I visit Sydney.

Location was close to a supermarket, shop, airport. Ideal to explore Sydney and its environs.

Breakfast was OK

Very disappointing. Got 5 rooms for a week. mine did not have a phone. was told by the lady manning the reception that they got in touch with me about it when THEY DID NOT. Plus she rudely just shrugged it off as something I had to live with. REALLY? Whats worse - the room shares a room with a club. So when the holiday came in and the weekend it was SO LOUD! Not to mention the room was not cleaned twice when i asked for it to be cleaned. I just have to say -- its REALLY disappointing hence my feedback. There were some members of the staff who were very nice and accommodating not only the rude young lady. Rooms are dated as well and the hotel does not have a car access for easier ingress and egress. Not to leave everything in a negative light, the location was great! Its right smack in the center of the happening. So thats something good about the hotel.

I regularly Stay at the Ibis World Square when visiting Sydney. Staff are friendly Courteous and wonderful at what they do All in all great service
