Nice hotel as far as location and could be great if properly managed. Probably better for convention people than tourists. Several areas of ripped carpet on floors, the bridge to our room had a shattered window. Wifi went out so restaurants couldn't take orders once. Water to our room went out so no shower or ability to flush toilets in our room or lobby bathrooms for several hours. They have a robot to clean carpets running around. Pool area pretty crowded when the sun comes out.

Concierge is not well informed or particularly helpful. The hotel had water bottles being distributed on the first day, they never replenished when they ran out. The second day they did not have any, when asked was told that was just because of the F1 event in town. Coffee machine near the lobby is often out of coffee and the staff is not very welcoming. Restaurant Le Kube is subpar. DO NOT RECOMMEND THE PLACE!

Great downtown hotel, near train station, Centre Bell, buses to casino, airport, and other attractions (shopping, McGill, Mount Royal...). Has lovely gardens on rooftop and heated pool (about 28 C), hot tubs, sauna...rooms fairly large, walkin showers, quiet ( only hear occasionally passerby in hall talking...can connect via underground path to train station/many shops/restaurants if weather bad. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay for the F1 weekend. We spent time at the pool on a couple occasions and really loved when the pool bar was open. I loved lounging in the chairs with a pina colada in the sun.
