This hotel was amazing! We received a very warm welcome and were checked in early as a room was ready. The hotel was very clean and pristine. The room was huge and clean with all the amenities we needed. We wanted to stay in to enjoy the hotel.

This was my second stay here. Wonderfully situated near The Cathedral and safe to walk around. The staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. I might suggest they put a robe in the room but I imagine one would be available upon request.

The hotel decor, space and amenities were excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast. Staff were very easy and approachabe. However during the nights the air con didn't seem to be working and unfortunately our window could not be opened so the room was uncomfortably warm and both me and my partner did not sleep well at all!

Hotel lovely, staff very nice, in that sense nicest hotel in Bristol - but they have overcharged me by £50 - they take a swipe of card on arrival assure you that they are not taking the money and then do anyway. Luckily I requested a receipt and can prove they have overcharged but I now have to go through all that admin.

Check in was quick, easy and friendly staff. Room was clean, quiet with a comfortable bed. Love the soaps, hair products in the bathroom, hot, high pressure shower. High quality linens and and towels. Easy parking directly in the hotel. Centrally local directly in the heart of Bristol, lots of options for dining. Didn’t use any of the amenities of the hotel so cannot comment on that. If you’re sensitive to smells the hallways, entry, elevator does high a high level or perfume or floral pumped in the air. It’s better than it smelling bad but it does smell strong. However you don’t smell any of this in your room.
