Excellente localisation

Had issues with power outage and back up was not available for couple of hours multiple times during the stay, everything else was ok.

It’s just not that nice. Our room which was a two bedroom apartment was very run down.

We had a small suite which was amazing, really comfortable and clean, just a small niggle here the Air Con was not working properly so it was very hot at night. Also in the part of the building where we were only one of the two lifts was working which meant waiting around a long time. We had breakfast in the downstairs dining room, which was adequate. The two staff down there struggled to keep up and they ran out of orange juice glasses, scrambled egg and a couple of other items. I think particularly on Sunday they should have an extra person it was certainly busy enough. The food here was not the best but adequate for a good walk around Bristol. The hotel was very clean and I would definitely stay there again.

From the moment we arrived, we were met by friendly and incredibly helpful staff. Check in was straightforward and seamless and the member of of staff was friendly. Lots of little extra touches in the room, due to it being a birthday celebration. A lovely, spacious and clean room. Will definitely stay here again as the location was perfect for wandering into the centre of Bristol and close to bars and restaurants.

The hotel was clean, check in easy, location was good (walkable). The biggest downside for the rating, air conditioning not worker for the 2 nights (room very stuffy), a small plan was provided.

Bien que nous avions bien vérifié que l'annonce mentionnait l'air climatisé dans les chambres, c'était brisé au moment de notre séjour, alors nos chambres étaient chaudes. Le personnel était plutôt sec et pas très aidant malheureusement.

The hotel is lovely but the air conditioning didn't work while we were there, so it made the room very warm.

Exactly what I needed.

We had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! Perfect location, in the centre of Bristol. Lovely staff, fab room, and the best Espresso Martini you can find in town. We loved sitting in the hotel bar with a drink before heading to bed. Thanks for a lovely stay.

When we arrived we were to early for checking in, so we dropped our bags off with the helpful staff and went out. We got back early evening and went to the restaurant for a meal, which was very good. By the time we got to our room at around 10.00pm I turned on the air conditioning as the room was very hot, but it didn't work, so I opened the window to find it only opened approximately 50mm and the noise from the bar/fast food across the road ment it was a long hot sleepless night.

Upon arriving at the hotel and checking in at approximately 3:00pm, I was advised that my room was not yet ready. Whilst delays can happen, this was only the start of a very disappointing experience. I was also informed that the air conditioning was not working throughout the hotel. My room (1201) was extremely hot, and the window could not be opened, making the room very uncomfortable. I requested a fan on two separate occasions, however no fan was ever delivered. In addition, the shower in my room was not functioning correctly. The water was only running cold, and the shower head was spraying water over the shower screen and onto the bathroom floor, leaving the floor extremely wet and slippery, creating both an inconvenience and a potential safety concern. Furthermore, the electric vehicle charging provision was wholly inadequate. There were only two charging points available despite there being eight designated spaces, which added further frustration during my stay. Overall, this experience fell well below the standards I would expect from a luxury hotel. The combination of the lack of air conditioning, failure to provide the requested fan, defective shower facilities, and inadequate charging provision significantly impacted my stay and left me extremely disappointed.

The location is ideal – right in the city centre. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has its own large paid parking for £17 per day. The rooms are a bit dated. Outside, it was extremely hot during our trip. The room's built-in air conditioning, despite being set to the lowest possible setting (+18°C), was blowing hot air. The windows wouldn't open, making it impossible to sleep.

Both my partner and myself are registered disabled and the disabled parking facilities are well up to standard. We were met at reception by James who was extremely helpful. Can’t praise him enough.

Amazing hotel good location

Air conditioning was not working the whole time I was there and the windows are almost all screwed/sealed shut. The room was unusable for most of the time. Also, could not park on arrival as the car park was closed.
