Georgiana on reception - was amazingly kind helpful and considerate. She ensured parking - you have to pay £17 extra for a nights stay - was easy. Kaha on reception a bit later - apologies if I spelt your name wrong - was so helpful with a few issues that I had and went that extra mile. It's great to go to a hotel where the staff are so friendly and generous of their time. Well done Marriott.

Request on Expedia form for early arrival was not communicated. Bathroom was not clean, loo unflushed. Wi fi was not given on arrival Phone contact to reception was not clear on the room phone When we dialled zero no one answered despite several attempts But A comfortable bed and sheets and handy phone charging Reception helpful

Clean room, spacious, good bed and linens, walk in shower. On site parking a plus though spaces tight owing to pillars and preponderance of large cars. Breakfast very basic and not particularly appetising. Too few staff and minimal effort to welcome and explain available choices. Check out day rushed owing to a planned power outage.
