DoubleTree by Hilton Dartford Bridge

Hotel was fine just kids screaming and running around at 1 in the morning then a very loud domestic between a couple in the early hours. Not the hotel's fault just awful guests.

Breakfast was decent, room was very comfortable and lovely and clean. Unfortunately there was a bit of guest noise due to a wedding being on, but it wasnt horrendous, am just a light sleeper. Lifts are a little slow to open doors.

Our stay was great, check in process was quick. Staff in the restaurant/ bar were very attentive and super helpful. The only not so good thing about our stay was that the bed was too firm and both my husband had a mediocre nights sleep. Everything else was great!

The room was cosy and the staff made two swans and put petals around the bed. So kind and it was lovely the spa. I have used the gym and spa many times as a member until I moved. First time staying though and loved it we did.

Great experience here. Room was amazing, dinner was lovely and the breakfast was stunning. All the staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Great location. Modern rooms and bar/restuarant. Very helpful staff at reception on check in & check out. Friendly staff in the Bar for dinner. Well equipped Gym with Peloton bikes too. Will stay again.

Freshly decorated hotel. Staff were excellent. We upgraded to a suit and there were some issues. The bathroom door did not close and the room was very empty. Bed, TV and a dressing table. Very little furniture (only bed in bedroom, no chair or table), room was huge and the bedside tables where 12" by 7" so hardly enough for a glass of water (which we had to get from bar as none in room). The lounge was also very short of furniture and no had no pictures of any comfort features. Designed for quick and easy cleaning - not for customer comfort. Definitely not a home away from home feeling. Would stay again just remember it's minimalist everywhere.

Lovely stay and staff, the only let down was the spa didn’t feel as relaxing and a little awkward.

Rude staff horrible room smelly bedding

Everything good. Staff and the hotel were wonderful. Only downside was the allowance of to use their mobile phones in the swimming pool area and changing rooms. It was half term and the kids being allowed in the hot tub also was not right. . Allowing mobile phones in that area is not right at all

Nice hotel, liked the welcome cookie. Parking was a bit sparse and found it odd that I was out in a disabled room when this was not requested or required. I would have thought that a disabled room should be left available for those that may require it, and I certainly should have been told I have been allocated this room beforehand. Otherwise all good though.

Stayed in the “suite” room is nice and spacious. But the couches were so stained and dirty. The towels were all frizzled out on the edges hanging like strings from them. Not impressed as a 4star rated hotel with cleanliness. Breakfast was below average. Only saw people afterwards ordering omelettes. We were never made aware that was an option.
