Thank you for the service and friendliness of the hotel staff. Everyone was great and we enjoyed our stay. We were also upgraded to a junior suite. The food was delicious and there was no disappointment. We were very impressed and will definitely be back again ❤️

If you stay at BSD area, don’t miss this hotel. Best choice for business travel—room is modern, clean, and comfy, a lot of breakfast varieties, and most importantly, so well connected to Aeon Mall that you won’t find it difficult to entertain or feed yourself after a long working day haha. Staff is very kind and helpful as well, definitely will be my next stay choice when I come back to this area.

The staff was very quick & helpful. The room was spectacular. They even prepared an extra bed for my toddler and a sofa bed as well. The room was spacious, complete amenities, breakfast was great!

The hotel is new and very clean! The lobby smells great and there's a coffee shop in the same building. The room is very spacious! I really like the work desk arrangement, it's very comfortable! The surrounding area is also quiet. Close to The Breeze, just cross the street and the mall! I had a pleasant stay! Thank you!

The location is very strategic, connected to the BXC mall. Inside the mall there are many activities for children, starting from the BXSea aquarium, ice skating at BXrink, and playgrounds like Funworld, etc. The service is very good, upon check-in they gave me cookies and a drink. I checked in at midnight because I came from the airport, and was given a late check-out until 2 pm. The room is very spacious, a standard room for 2 adults and 2 children is very spacious.

Great staycation experience!
Location: The location is outside the Bintaro Jaya area, but not too far from BXC (Bintaro Jaya Xchange). Since we stayed during the Eid al-Fitr holidays, we didn't experience any traffic entering or leaving the area. However, under normal conditions, I believe the commute to the location would be a different experience.
Service & Facilities: Standard Aston quality—excellent. Specifically for WiFi, we had a dedicated WiFi Access Point right inside the room. Swimming Pool & Fitness Center; Perhaps because it was the Eid holiday, a bit too crowded.
Room: We received a free upgrade from a Deluxe to a Deluxe Premiere room, which we greatly appreciated. The room was more spacious and very comfortable.
Cleanliness: Typical Aston standard; two thumbs up!
Meal: Again, likely due to the Eid holiday season, the breakfast area was always full and overcrowded. Subjectively speaking, I felt the taste wasn't quite as good as other Aston hotels, though it was still okay. It’s possible the crowded atmosphere made it hard to fully enjoy the meal; it might be worth trying again during the off-peak season.

I would love to stay here again. The staff is friendly. We were allowed to check in early and check out at 12:30. We stayed during Ramadan because it was just my husband and I who had sahur. Our child was allowed to eat at breakfast because he didn't join us for sahur. They even offered to bring cake to the room for breakfast. The food is varied. The room is spacious and clean, and the hotel is very kid-friendly too. Overall, it was a very good stay. I would love to come back again 🫶🏻

The staff are friendly, especially Ms. Icha who helped me during the initial check-in process. She explained the facilities in the hotel area and in the room. The room is clean, there is a pool, there is a bathroom for rent, so I feel more at home staying here. The place is really cozy. For the Ciputat area, this is the best hotel, and there are always hotel promotions every day.
