This was my first time staying in Jakarta, especially in the GBK area, which is right inside a mall. It was very impressive, as everything was easy to find, strategically located, and comfortable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and warm. Most importantly, it was very easy to get to Istora within walking distance. So, when I got home late at night from watching the Badminton Indonesia Open, I could just walk to the hotel and rest right away without having to scramble for an online motorcycle taxi. Thank you.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, polite, and attentive. They made things very easy for us. My husband fainted in the garden, and the staff immediately helped us with a wheelchair, first aid kit, and helped us check out. The staff were all Super Special level, from the receptionist, security, and cleaning staff—everyone was exceptional. 👍👍👍
