My first experience staying at this hotel was truly memorable and if I go to Bali again I will return to this hotel.

Really nice experience. It's a huge hotel as you can use other Ayana's facilities. So you don't have to go outside the hotel, have everything inside. Kids playground, a lot of pools, restaurants, and a rooftop pool and bar.

The best experience staying here, all the hotel facilities are complete, very suitable for a stayedcation with family, very kids friendly, children can swim as much as they want in the swimming pool and also go straight to the beach because the beach is right behind the hotel. Then we can enjoy the sunset while eating and listening to live music. In short, the Intercontinental Hotel Resort is the best 🫶🏻

I was so touched by the surprise from the staff 🥹. It was so comfortable, I didn't want to look for another hotel besides Sintesa. I was already comfortable with everything here, from the very friendly staff to all the facilities and everything 🥳😘🥰

Superb service and room. Everything was simply perfect, staff was friendly, accommodations were more than enough, gym, pool, and cute dogs to pet. Perfect getaway to release our stress.

A nice, friendly hotel with clean rooms. There's a rooftop show on three weekend nights with free dinner. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is beautiful, and it's close to Dreamland Beach, just a 5-minute walk away.

The room was very comfortable. We stayed in the villa with a private pool. It was nice, perfect for backpackers or honeymooners alike. My husband and I were there for our wedding anniversary and enjoyed having a quiet place to spend time together. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly. You can even get breakfast in the morning, which is very good.

Our 5-year-old son absolutely loved staying at this hotel. The room was comfortable, the breakfast was varied and delicious, and the playground and kids' pool were really fun. Oh, and the gym was also great for burning calories. I'll definitely stay here again when I visit Jimbaran.

This hotel provides excellent service. Our room was upgraded by the hotel team, and they were very responsive, even late at night. They also provided an early breakfast box for those who had to leave very early. The hotel grounds are very comfortable and quiet, with the shade of the surrounding trees.
