Really nice experience. It's a huge hotel as you can use other Ayana's facilities. So you don't have to go outside the hotel, have everything inside. Kids playground, a lot of pools, restaurants, and a rooftop pool and bar.

The hotel staff was kind and patient, the location was great, close to Dreamland Beach, and the view was absolutely gorgeous. The bed was quite comfortable, and the view was the best there.

The best experience staying here, all the hotel facilities are complete, very suitable for a stayedcation with family, very kids friendly, children can swim as much as they want in the swimming pool and also go straight to the beach because the beach is right behind the hotel. Then we can enjoy the sunset while eating and listening to live music. In short, the Intercontinental Hotel Resort is the best 🫶🏻

This hotel provides excellent service. Our room was upgraded by the hotel team, and they were very responsive, even late at night. They also provided an early breakfast box for those who had to leave very early. The hotel grounds are very comfortable and quiet, with the shade of the surrounding trees. Highly recommended for those who prefer a peaceful atmosphere.

Even though it was already after 10 PM on a busy weekend, the front desk team was incredibly patient and genuinely did everything they could to help with my request. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm attitude made me feel truly well taken care of. What impressed me most was not just what they did, but how they did it. They never seemed impatient and made the whole experience so pleasant. It’s rare to come across such genuine hospitality. Thank you to the amazing front desk team for going above and beyond. The location is private but close to many destinations. The staff was wonderful and extremely friendly. I loved getting to meet everyone there.

I had a great stay at Klaapa Resort. The location is right next to Dreamland Beach and even has its own staircase leading down to the beach itself.
