I was initially given a room with a water leak, and was told about it and immediately replaced. However, I was given a room with a broken key card, and I had to call the staff repeatedly to get in. However, the staff responded quickly and opened the room. Thank you to the staff who had to go back and forth to open the room. 🙏

This was my first time staying here, I was given a room on the 1st floor, but it turns out the nicer rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floors, so that's it, so I won't regret it, so the facilities are good so we'll be impressed and come back again.
