Accommodation charges PHP 2,464.00/guest for extra breakfast.

Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:00 - 10:00.

Smoking is prohibited in the accommodation.

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

Guests must present valid government-issued ID (local guests) or passport (foreign guests) upon check-in, along with the booking confirmation voucher and the credit card used for the reservation to cover deposits and incidental charges. Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and cannot be guaranteed. The property reserves the right to charge additional fees for extra guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the reserved room type.

Airport transfer is available at an additional charge. In order to reserve it, please inform the property of your flight arrival details at least 48 hours before arrival date, otherwise, transfers won’t be arranged.

Please be informed that Superior rooms are standard room type without balcony/without view. All are located at the North Wing.

A credit card incidental deposit of PHP 2,000 or higher (depends on the room category booked) per room per night is required upon check-in. Should there be no charges incurred during the stay, credit card pre-authorization will be canceled upon check-out, refund is then subject to issuing bank’s policy.

Inclusive of the mandatory common buffet dinner for stay dates passing December 31, 2026 (New Year's Eve) and February 5, 2027 (Chinese New Year) based on standard room occupancy. Minimum of 2 people and 4 people for Family Room, Royal Suite and Presidential Suite. To guarantee your reservations, an extra person is also required to pay for dinner upon check-in based on the prevailing rate. Kid rate and charge will be determined on-site depending on their height. Mandatory Dinner will still be charged even if guests cannot take the meal due to flight time, late arrival or other reasons.

Suites have complimentary Henann Lounge Access.

The number of guests included per paid room accommodation comes with complimentary breakfast: 2 persons for Twin/Double rooms, and 4 persons for Family Rooms, Royal Suites, and Presidential Suites. Please refer to your voucher for the confirmed paid number of guests.

Maximum Occupancy Allowed (subject to applicable extra fees on personal account) : Twin/Double Rooms: up to 3 adults and 1 child¹ and Family Rooms, Royal & Presidential Suites: up to 5 adults and 1 child¹. ¹ A maximum of one (1) child aged 0–9 years old may be accommodated per room, subject to applicable extra fees. A valid ID or birth certificate is required for age verification; otherwise, adult rate will apply.

Child Policy: 0–4 years old: Free (maximum of 1 child per room only; excess- extra child fee applies) | 5–9 years old: Extra Child fee applies | 10 years old and above: Extra Adult fee applies REMINDER: Extra Person Fees are subject to change without prior notice and may vary by room type and season. The prevailing rate in effect at the time of check-in shall apply and will be collected at the Front Desk.
