My room was fantastic. The bathroom is a little dated, but the room and bed were very comfortable.

Staff and restaurant very nice, rooms are dated. We stayed in an Exec Room which we felt was on the small side, it didn't feel like an upgrade from a classic room.
Tea/Coffee and water in the room is complimentary, everything else is chargable.
Overall it was a very nice stay, once in the room I didnt get the luxury feel

Can not fault this hotel at all. The staff are very helpful and friendly. As for the food in Arkle what can I say OMG it was the best experience as not only delicious food and wine pairings but it was a three hour theatrical event.
